"Well established and maintain property in the heart of Beijing. Loved the location, the attention to service, cleanliness everywhere and a sense of luxury in every corner! The pool and fitness floor is amazing! My daughter swam every night after a long day out and the soaking tub was heavenly! We will stay here again next time."

"The hotel was fine. I have a request to Expedia directly however. For all Chinese hotels, you should provide the Hotel name and hotel address in Chinese on the Hotels.com itinerary. If you show the taxi driver "Fairmont Beijing" with address (in English) at the airport, they have no idea what it is... Expedia needs to improve this. I said this to my hotel and she was also familiar with the problem. So I am saying it publically so maybe Expedia will change this for the convenience of customers. "
"Despite it is located in a Hutong and not that near to the 2 subway station, however the hotel make it all worth while. 1. There is FREE laundry service with dryer! 2. Room is super clean and housekeeping did a great job 3. Breakfast has a lot of varieties and changes everyday! 4. They knew it’s my birthday and send a cake.. not a piece of cake but the whole cake!

The spa and gym are attached but not a hotel gym. It’s a Beijing gym and is world class. On 4th AND 5th floor of hotel. Great to relax after walking the city! "
