"Front desk gentleman was very helpful and hospitable. Hotel room was mostly clean, though we did have a one of the comforters that appeared dirty— but front desk gave us a fresh one with no issues. Only real complaint was the breakfast— the breakfast room is way too small for the amount of people that showed for breakfast (830am) at the time we were there. We had to stand and eat and most of the food choices were gone when we arrived (breakfast crew was doing their best to keep up, but seemed understaffed maybe or maybe just not enough options available?). We let the kids eat and then the adults went elsewhere for food because of the lack of food available. All-in-all it was still a nice stay and we would return and recommend, just try to get to breakfast first thing instead."

"This house was perfect for our family reunion. The bedrooms were spacious, and the whole house was beautiful. The pool table was a bonus for multiple pool lovers in our family. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful, so I hope our bunch didn't get too loud. Check-in and out was smooth, and the host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with."

"Our overall experience with this property was favorable. It was well stocked in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The basement bathroom was a bit damp, and the exhaust fan was very noisy and didn't seem to be working very well. We didn't use it, which was unfortunate given the dampness of the room. The towels in the basement never felt dry either - a combination of the dampness and the low quality of the towels. And the only other criticism we would have is that there were no Kleenex provided anywhere in the house. Otherwise, we enjoyed playing ping pong and hanging out when we were at the house. I would recommend this property to others, especially if you have a large group and would utilize the games and activities in the basement, which also includes a large wet bar with a stove and refrigerator."

"Great place to stay. Very clean. Beautiful backyard. But it is advertised as having 3 queen beds. It does NOT. Very disappointing when you plan on what the advertisement said. I have pointed this out to the management and was not offered any compensation for the misrepresentation."

"The host was exceptionally responsive to every text I sent him. Conveniently located to everything that you would need. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Due to weather and prior commitments we did not get to enjoy the pool, but it looked amazing."
