We liked the hotel, it has a very unique style to it. The staff was friendly and room was very clean. The things we didn’t like: No microwave and there wasn’t a lot of privacy when stepping out of the shower.

Great spot for a quick trip!

The hotel was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows. Temperature was great. Hotel atmosphere was nice. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

I liked the theme and family environment. I didn’t like the fact that my room was never freshened up at all during my stay I don’t know why but I ran out of garbage can space my bed was not done once no fresh towels no hand soap or anything that would make me feel welcomed, I will not come back.

Stayed for husbands 42nd Birthday to attend event at Vibrant Music Hall. Overall the room was nice. However the TV we never could get to work. You would go through the steps to set the clock, scan the channels and never once did any channels show up. Called down to front desk and they had no idea what to do. Said they could move us rooms. Wasn't practical at 12am. For what is spent for a nights stay you would expect something so simple to work, just generic cable would've been fine.

This hotel isn’t for the faint of heart. While it is gorgeous, and front desk staff were excellent, it’s the rooms. If you’re staying with a friend or acquaintance you’re about to know them real well. The toilet area has the sliding barn doors with no lock and won’t stay closed. I don’t know who decided putting those in hotels was great but it’s not. Then the sink and shower area are wide open with no way to block them off and on the wall across from them is a gigantic mirror so whomever is sitting on the other side can see whatever you’re doing and whatever state of undress you’re in. Zero privacy. We stayed as a family and while the beds were comfy, our kids didn’t need to be seeing any of that and even they were uncomfortable. If no privacy screen can be put up, at the very least that mirror needs to go! There’s also no microwave if you’re looking for one. There is a charge for breakfast (which we did know about) but for the price of the room, and if the hotel has breakfast options, it should always be included.
