This charming chalet near Lake Annecy, is perfect for a romantic retreat, and offers a cosy space amidst the beautiful Aravis mountains. Accessible via an external staircase, it features a living area, dining space, along with a well-equipped open. The bedroom boasts an ensuite shower room. The living area extends to a sunny terrace with scenic mountain views.



Outdoors, the property includes a wooded area. Amenities such as a cot (upon request) and an ironing kit are available. In winter, guests are advised to bring snow gear for a comfortable stay.



The chalet is located in the town of Alex, very close to the village of Menthon Saint-Bernard and at about 5 km from Lake Annecy. Halfway between Lake Annecy and Thônes, Alex is the ideal place for a holiday between Lake and mountains. The chalet is less than 5 km from Lake Annecy and 30 minutes from the Aravis ski resorts. Enjoy long walks in the mountains or bike rides along Lake Annecy from your chalet vacation rental in Alex.
