"Absolutely beautiful and they even allowed us to late check out at 1 PM because we didn’t board our cruise ship until 230. They also printed out our boarding passes and luggage tax for the ship at no extra charge. Absolutely beautiful piece of property and the staff was amazing."

"The location is nice, but for the price I would suggest try another hotel. The lobby and rooms appear to be recently updated, but it feels cheap and surface level. The rooms are big, but they have the glass cube showers no one seems to like. The staff and management are also not the nicest or most helpful. I tried to check in at 15:00, which is the time state to check in, but was told that check in only “starts” at 15:00 and I would have to wait for my room to be cleaned, prepared, and for a lamp to be fixed. This property is near the Spotify stadium so expect disruption on match days. "

"Amazing hotel! 10/10. Clean, beautiful, extremely friendly staff! I felt like I was coming home every time I walked in the doors! The location is perfect as well, walking distance to almost every thing I had planned on my itinerary. I’m keeping this hotel on my list for the next time I visit Barcelona."

"Check in time wasn’t workable for my trip - closed at 7pm - messaged to see if there was a work around, rang repeatedly, tried to contact directly and through hotels.com no one ever replied. Maybe it’s a lovely hotel unfortunately I couldn’t risk it and had to book elsewhere and lost my money. "
