The hotel is undergoing building works, but other than the view of diggers and contractors vehicles, it did not really cause an issue. The rooms were nicely refurbished. The food was excellent. When we booked, we chose the hotel partly because it had a pool. When we checked-in the pool had been closed permanently which was disappointing. Overall a very pleasant stay and walking distance to Ebrington.

"We always stay at this hotel when attending a show in the area. The location is brilliant and rooms are exceptional. On this occasion we needed to wait 15 minutes for our room to be ready (which was fine as we arrived a little before 3pm) Decided to have a drink at the bar, which wasn't the best ..."

"Lovely hotel although could do with a little tlc in places, pool was too cold for us but other than that steam room & sauna were fantastic. Restaurant menu was pricey but the 3 course buffet option was fantastic offer at £35pp. Would love to return as perfect place to stay when visiting the bp pulse ..."
