Welcome to our home! This is a beautifully designed and FULLY custom Tuscan style home located in the coveted Rio Grande North Valley, about a mile from Old Town and Saw Mill District. Rest assured that this home is the real deal, there is no deceptive photos or trickery that too often occurs.
*No additional visitors or gatherings, only the individuals listed at the time of booking are permitted at the property.
*Pets are welcome on first floor only (to avoid all carpeted areas).

Great House!

An excellent property with a few minor problems. The fire alarm went of repeatedly for long periods. We finally figured out the problem just before we left Saturday morning, a defective fire alarm in the master bedroom. The house was large and , in most repects terrific. The fire alarm was a problem. Also the television in the living room did not function but we really did not care.

Gorgeous Luxury Tuscan Villa!

We stayed here for 4 days and absolutely loved the property. The location of the home was very convenient; just a few minutes from Old Town and access to I 40. The home is luxurious and well represented in the photos on the site. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts Evan & Derrick are amazing. Communication with them was excellent. They gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants that were very helpful. They immediately dealt with a minor housekeeping issue and went above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect. There is plenty of room to spread out and this is a great property for families. Being able to park inside the garage is a nice benefit. Of note, the 4th bedroom is on the main level and only has a half bath. This is not an issue unless you can not climb stairs.We will absolutely stay here again when in the area. Thanks Evan and Derrick. Great job!

Weekend Getaway

I booked this place for my friends and family for my wedding that took place in town! The house was more than I was expecting! As in HUGE. I loved the property. My favorite area is the loft! If you are looking for a nice place to book for a weekend getaway this is your place!
