"On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future."

"This is the second time I have stayed here and would definitely stay again. The staff work very hard, always friendly, always helpful and welcoming. I didn't see any member of staff not working, they don't stop. Extremely clean as well. Huge selection of food. I have also used your sister hotel in Cala Galdana which is just as nice. See you soon hopefully!!"

"Good location. Nice pools with lots of sunbeds. Pool bar was excellent, good drinks and food selection. Restaurant had something for everyone and lots of it. All staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy when it came to joining in with the entertainment staff. Left luggage room and shower rooms to change in after you've checked out of your room is an excellent way to make the most of your last day if you have a late flight."
