My complaint would be the wait time for breakfast. That was terrible and the quality you get for what you pay was seriously lacking.
Dinner was normal wait times and tasty food.
Noticed that one room had their “room service” dishes sitting outside their door for the 2 days we were there. It was the same dishes as there was a water bottle balancing on top of them."
"Nice vintage olde farm house. Bed was comfortable and bathroom yet small is clean and does its job. Very quiet road with 5 mins walk to beach across the road. Wifi is great and quick. Wish it had a bbq for cooking and a smart tv for down time "
"It was great .. we should have taken a screen shot ( or written down ) the code to enter because initially we couldn’t access our email due to data signal .. but shortly after signal came through and we got in !we learned a lesson It would have been nice to have a bit larger kitchen table "

"The property was exactly as described in the ad. Welcome package including snacks, wine and compete bathroom toiletries was unexpected. Kitchen is equipped to prepare anything for anyone!! The view is outstanding and the hot tub worked as we expected...nicely. 4 mature adults stayed for 2 nights and were quite happy with everything. The folder with all info was a great help and communication with Julia and Matthew was quick. Would definitely recommend this property."
"We are 2 couples who just spend 7 wonderful days at this property while attending a family reunion in Summerside. Sarah, the host was very quick to respond to all of our inquiries while booking and during our stay. The property was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The host also provided a few extra thoughtful touches like firewood ready to go for a night around the fire pit, a smores kit waiting for us in the kitchen and a basket of essentials in the bathroom in case we forget something. The hot tub was an added perk which we very much enjoyed. We loved the quiet location and took day trips which were never more than an hour away such as Cavendish and Charlottetown. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location to enjoy your stay on the island. Bonus, we saw island fox almost daily while staying here. Beautiful!."
"My husband and I stayed for 5 nights with our two boys (7 and 11). We all ran down to the beach the moment we arrived and began exploring the rocks, shells and driftwood. The house is charming, clean and stocked with everything you need during your stay. There is an air conditioner on the second floor to ensure a comfortable sleep. The sun room is the best spot to hang out in the house, with fans to keep you cool and heaters to keep you warm. The location is not "touristy" and exactly why we loved it. We visited a few spots along the water, including White's Cove, and practically had the spot to ourselves. Shawn was an incredible host, taking us on ATV adventures and boat rides - totally unexpected and so generous to share his time and his toys : ) We absolutely loved our time at Lynn and Shawn's and hope to return! "
