A spaceship by the sea.
Located on the ground floor of a building with a typical Ligurian façade, it enjoys extremely close proximity to the sea: thanks to the private garage available on-site, you can literally forget about your car for the entire duration of your stay and choose to get around exclusively on foot. The apartment is a classic three-room unit consisting of a living area with an open kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms: one fully equipped, the other a guest bathroom.
The entrance leads into a hallway, with the first bathroom—the guest bathroom—on the left. The first impression is striking: the light blue metallic colour of the walls—finished to resemble Venetian stucco—combined with a unique play of light and the large, light-colored hardwood floorboards immediately highlight the modern style that characterises the entire apartment.
This is further confirmed by the living area, dominated by a large leather sofa on one side and an open kitchen on the other. Pure white and fully equipped, the kitchen features a refrigerator and freezer, a washing machine and dishwasher, an induction cooktop, and a double oven—one electric and one microwave. Nothing is missing, not even the small appliances: a pod coffee maker and a toaster.

The separate sleeping area
Separated by a glass door, the sleeping area features two bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom with a nice shower. Both bedrooms have closets and televisions (in addition to the one in the living room), and one of the two bedrooms has a French door that opens onto a small balcony (just like the living room).
All rooms are air-conditioned, and the apartment has Wi-Fi. The apartment comes with a private garage where you can park your car.
