Room service every other day
Swimming pool not as told 91 degrees. Cold as ice
Not clear about charges, no receipt
Room not ready on arrival ( even when the place not full or near half occupied )
Have to leave one day earlier, no information if I would be refunded one day , again no receipt no information
Not clear what they charged me for my pet, no info at all.
TV in the suite room overside and wrongly mounted, all twisted, unable to watch TV properly. Chair on the desk had large stains on the fabric ( this a suite, really?)
I reserve a suite w two queen beds but I have one w one king instead, up to today not sure if they adjusted the charges ( they have different charges)
Bottom line they just gave a phone number to call Expedia…of course their time is very valuable but mine is not ( I am a physician) if I want to have anything resolve I have to invest my time and be on the phone who knows for how long…shame on Expedia, and shame on Hilton. Please be sure this is last time I use a Hilton facility
