Grand Millennium Business Bay
Very poor customer service We were there on a leisure trip. After 4 days we were informed that the pool and adjoining area would be closed and would not reopen for the duration of our stay. When we approached the front desk the manager was completely unsympathetic

Staff was amazing. Very courteous. Great breakfast options. Only issue was spa, gym and restaurant wasn’t available for my stay.
