"Poor check in. Delayed by 45 minutes due to the front desk not being able to find my reservation. Chose the hotel due to location and convenience for our evening plans. Due to the delay lost all the advantage and missed dinner reservations. "

This property is absolutely gorgeous in a perfect location in the pearl. The staff is absolutely 100% exceptional KOUSHAL the concierge is the best if he can make it happen he will. Ask him where the best sunsets are. Ray in the cigar lounge made the best old-fashioned we've ever had. Watch out the cigar lounge looks closed all the time, but it's just because of the smoky doors. Every person in this hotel made us feel welcome and the breakfast was exceptional. The chefs were wonderful. The servers were wonderful. The international vibe is just incredible. Can't wait to come back.Lytha and her crew rock!"

"Apartment very very clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was great. Friendly staff. Had an allocated car parking space for hire car. Pool area clean and well maintained. Straight onto the beach area. Loved our stay here. Just for future reference they take a deposit (which is standard in Qatar) but asked for cash of any currency. We didn’t have the cash so they took deposit from a credit card and refunded it in Qatari riyal. Not a problem for us as we travel there frequently but just to be aware. Would highly recommend this place we’ve had a lovely stay "
