"I went in january which is winter for the qatar but 25 degrees is summer compared to uk weather! Arrived late evening to be greeted by friendly reception staff, very quick check in and the villa was absolutely as described perfect. Every member of staff was so friendly and polite and literally everything i asked for was done with extreme care and passion. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back same time next year.

This property is absolutely gorgeous in a perfect location in the pearl. The staff is absolutely 100% exceptional KOUSHAL the concierge is the best if he can make it happen he will. Ask him where the best sunsets are. Ray in the cigar lounge made the best old-fashioned we've ever had. Watch out the cigar lounge looks closed all the time, but it's just because of the smoky doors. Every person in this hotel made us feel welcome and the breakfast was exceptional. The chefs were wonderful. The servers were wonderful. The international vibe is just incredible. "The hotel was lovely, room clean and comfortable. Easy access to the pool and beach. The food was excellent. The only down side was that I got charged twice for my room. After initially being told that it would take 30 days to return my money, I enquired further and the money was refunded in 2 days. "
