"The staff ( Ahmad, Omar, Saif,…) was really helpful and they did everything they can to make me stay at this hotel when I first got there, now I will stay there every time I go to Cairo, staff are very friendly and doing their best with some limited resources. "

"The place is added and arranged, and the tables are received quickly as soon as the guest gets up. The morning was quiet and breakfast was simple and comfortable."

"Cheap price for a decent motel. Looks sketchy at first, but room was nice, breakfast nice but didn’t start until 8am. If you need toilet paper just ask. English is limited but used google translate. In downtown convenient to places. It does have street noise most of the night like most hotels in Cairo. Has a great atm with no fees about 100 ft from motel. (Don’t use the closest one-it has fees). Has restaurant and lots of merchants all around. Shower is small and water runs across floor, but I...

"This is a beautiful home/hotel. It was quiet, peaceful and centrally located close to a metro stop, a few nice cafes/restaurants and shops. I cannot say enough great things about the care we received as guests. We were welcomed by the proprietor himself and experienced many other personal touch points. I cannot wait to go back.

"I stay in hotels at least 100 days a year. I know quickly if a hotel is one I will return to. This is one and I have returned to it for a second Cairo trip this year. The staff is fantastic and does not pressure you to take any tours with them.
Everything is great. The area is safe and very close to Midan Talaat Harb but not on it (thankfully). It is quiet, there is an easy walk from the street. "
"Sama hotel was a great place to stay!! Especially for the price. We were a bit concerned when we entered the building as going up the stairs seemed a bit sketchy but the floor the hotel is on is great! They have their own elevator too which made it convenient for avoiding the stairs. The room was clean and spacious, balcony was nice. The noise wasn’t too bad with the AC going considering the locals do not sleep lol. The breakfast was great and came super quick once requested. If we needed anything the front desk was quick to provide. It was conveniently located to shops and local restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed the friendly staff there!! Only thing with the room was the shower didn’t have full glass across it so the water would spray all over the bathroom floor. "
"L’hébergement a été meilleur que prévu. La chambre avait un petit balcon donnant sur la rue, avec une vue agréable. Le soir, c’était très calme. J’ai ressenti une vraie détente."
"The people in this hotel are super nice and Maryam was very helpful and polite to me I’ll never forget her kindness.
So glad that I chose castello Hotel. "
"Great stay. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Interesting bathroom setup but everything is clean and staff is willing to fix anything shortly after requested. We spent most of our days out of the room so we didn’t mind the size… which was on the smaller size. I would have liked more counter space. But I really must say that we had a great stay. We made it work. Thank you Paradise Boutique Hotel staff :)"
