This 1 floor ranch style home has been fully remodeled & includes 2 bedrooms. Each containing a Queen sized beds.& dressers & closet space for storage. Take a hot shower or a bath in the bathroom. Living room is equipped with a comfortable sectional couch & a flat screen smart TV. Kitchen has all the amenities you need including a stove & refrigerator. Washer & Dryer on site. There is a nice sized back yard for kids to play. And you have direct parking access in the driveway or on the street.

Marshall - small house

We needed a place for our family to stay while spending time with our daughter over Thanksgiving. This house, while small, had everything we needed to stay and host a cozy thanksgiving dinner for five. We had a good time and would stay here again.

worst VRBO ever

I use VRBO a lot across the Midwest. This is by far the worst one I have stayed in. There is NO A/C, it smelled like weed when we arrived, all windows were filthy with smoke film. The listing shows tv's in both bedrooms, however the one had no tv and the other bedroom had no power cord for the tv. there is NO silverware in the kitchen and minimal cooking or food prep dishes. I cut my stay short by a day because of the uncomfortable conditions.
