"It’s like staying in a cool treehouse. My room was very spacious and quiet. The hotel has no staff on site but easy enough to contact if you need anything (I didn’t need to contact them for anything though). Definitely a cool place to stay."

"Proximity to the park and the town of Volcano was great. Easy parking. Quiet. There is no human on-site but they thought of everything you might need. On the downside, there was no AC so it was hot one night, the decor feels very much like a hodge-lodge of items, and Bathroom lighting was really low and dingy. On the upside, big room that could have easily slept 4 if we needed it to."

"The Lodge itself was impeccably clean. The dining experience was great. Our room was perfect right down to the heated towel bar. The volcano area lookouts were nearby thus not having to travel very far. The staff were very helpful in all aspects. Would definitely recommend this Lodge."

"This stay was pretty nice!! Great location. The original room I booked was unavailable so we ended up in one room for a night and then moved to the Volcano room (highly recommend!) for the second two. Which this was a nice upgrade, there were some communication issues with the host day of check in and confusion about moving rooms after. Other than that, the amenities are accurately described and proximity to the national park is awesome!"

"Parking was easy, but my room was a bit dirty upon arrival with spider webs and literal dust on things. There was a dehumidifier but it was empty and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. They were supposed to come pick up my registration so I thought they'd fix the humidifier then (80% humidity in the room) but no one ever came. The free amenities they have in the guest supply is just one very bad shampoo and a little bar soap (which was okay). The kitchen is very minimal and has nothing to label your items with. I never came across another guest in the property, but I know they were there because doors would open/closer. Very great location, but there are many many options in this town where you may get better amenities with an actual host that would prepare and care for your room"
