"Booked through Hotels.com. I had to call a couple of times before I arrived and the staff was very polite and helpful. I always check my room at hotels before I bring my luggage up checking for smells and that TV works. All good. I needed a shower cap and extra coffee which they promptly provided. Plenty of soft thick towels and the water pressure was just fine in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable but I will say the sheets smelled heavily like disinfectant, imo. Otherwise, I still give my stay 5 stars!"

"10 out of 10, would definitely recommend! Pierside's location is perfect. Within walking distance to so many eateries and shopping at the 3rd ST Promenade. Sophia was so pleasant at check-in and the staff is very accommodating. We received a complimentary hour on the electric bikes, which was a fun activity. If I'm ever in the area again, this will be my first choice!"

"After delayed flight, checked in at 2am. Staff was there and check-in was easy. Room was basic but clean and quiet. AC worked but TV remote did not. Few services in the neighborhood. No frills, but reasonable price on the edge Venice. "

"Style is really cool but the rooms are a bit dated in amenities. Shower felt old but relatively clean. Property seemed to have some nice amenities such as the outdoor bar and pool area but both were closed due to rain and cold weather when I was there. Great location!"

"The hotel buildings are older, but the rooms are nicely remodeled. I stayed in the building with the center courtyard...it reminded me of the TV show Melrose Place. Room was nice and clean and remodeled in a nice modern design. Breakfast was adequate. No hot food except a pancake machine. Staff was super nice. They do charge for parking in their lot."
