"Lukewarm water at absolute best. AC in first room went out. Was placed into a suite. Was happy overall with all but the temperature of each shower never being hot. Just warm enough and early mornings I was freezing it wasn't enough to warm up at all. But everything else was good enough. I was accommodated but I think I'd label it as a bit too pricey in my personal opinion for what is given. They were very protective of their linens. I was only given one small washcloth and two towels in each room. For the price , I'd expected a bit more memorable of something. However it was cute. "

"We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel advertises itself as being “very close to the beach,” but in reality, it’s much farther than expected and definitely not convenient if you’re planning to spend time by the water. The pool was another letdown—it’s extremely small and feels cramped, nothing like what you’d hope for when booking a relaxing stay. What frustrated us the most were the unexpected extra fees. We were charged significant amounts for amenities we never used, and to make matters worse, we were told at check-in that the gym and amenities were free. That clearly was not the case when we received our bill. Overall, the experience felt misleading and not worth the price. We would not stay here again."

"Location was exactly what we needed, walking back and forth along Rose to the strand. Comfortable bed and spacious. Great little sun room for in-room eating and work. On-site parking a huge plus. "

"The area was not bad for being in LA overall. The parking garage is very secure so no concerns when it came to worrying about the car. Only issue I had with the room was my shower drained very slowly. 5 minutes into a shower and the water is at your ankles. It was quite and slept pretty good. I would definitely come here again."
