If you like to relax in your hotel this is it, has areas to enjoy the light day and drink a cup coffee, with beautiful view and smell of fruit guavas trees, antique decorations, beautiful floors , porch places with the same view, workout gym , play pool table, delicious real home made breakfast , included in the hotel prices, and the hotel prices are affordable. Staff is friendly enthusiastic,air conditioning is good . I really enjoy my week 8 days and 7 nights.

Our room's A/C did not work upon arrival and they didn't want to give us another room instead they wanted to provide us with a fan until fixed (90° F weather). I had to argue to get them to move us finally. The rest room was dirty. The cleaning staff were friendly and the breakfast was good (the only two good things). They need a deep cleaning of the facilities.

The building is old but quaint. The yard is beautiful, with lots of plants and benches. But is unkept. The bed was lumpy and hard. The am staff woman was not prepared to assist me with various matters. Restaurant was not available beyond breakfast, ending at 9:30 am. The waitress was diligent and provided a lot of support while I was waiting for my Uber. It was enjoyable

A homeless looking man came in off the street and laid down on the sofa for an entire day and nighit.he wore blue hospital booties on his feet and laid there on the sofa.Even though I complained., no one corrected the issue of him laying in the reception area on the sofa.
