I’ve always had good experience. But this time check in was a little on the slower side. Maybe computer issues. Not sure. Also AC was not working, we arrived at 2 am., room was stuffy. Turned on AC but it did not cool. 4 am 5am 6 am and no luck. Had a long night. No reason in telling front desk, because we were not going to move at 4am. Other than that good.

Viajo por Expedia soy platino reservé dos camas dobles y me dan habitación con una cama matrimonial le pedí ascenso por ser platinum y me lo negaron, pedí hablar con un gerente y no estaba (8:20pm) que hasta mañana después de las 10am (súper patrón para llegar a trabajar a esa hora) pedí hablar con gente en turno y SORPRESA no hay nadie así que solo con la señorita que te recibe que no soluciona NADA además de pésima actitud! La habitación está vieja y horrible jamás me vuelvo a quedar aqui! Busquen otras opciones que si hay!!

Vine de trabajo por lo que fue express y no esperaba mucho. El hotel se ve nuevo, areas comun como restaurante y bar bien. lleno el hotel. Se tardaron un poco en el check in. No hay gimnacio ni esta en zona para ir a correr. En la habitacion, el minisplit viejo y roto pero funcionaba. La ventana no se podia cerrar, la tube que forzar para cerrarla. La habitacion se veia descuidada, muebles despegados de la pered, duela del piso hinchada por humedad. Solo toallas grandes, no habia de mano. Rollo de papel se veia a mitad. Presion de la regadera mala. EL INTERNET PESIMO, no pude navegar. Sabanas viejas. Sin embargo... Limpia la cama y toallas, igual el bano. La cama pese dura, estaba muy comoda. Hizo frio, pero habia una cobija extra, igual muy limpia. Las alhmoadas pese que sencillas igual comodas. Resumen, blah...
