"Hotel Katerins was fantastic!! The staff were amazing!! Giota was great and nothing was ever to hard for her.. My luggage was still with the airlines and Giota contacted the airport daily until my luggage was located. She then arranged for it to be delivered to me at the hotel the day I was leaving! "Tiny dark shower without holder for shower head. Breakfast was almost all cakes and biscuits without fruit or other normal breakfast items. Has air conditioning but this vented out onto the balcony which became unbearable. Good sized bed, relatively comfy but had ridge in the middle as it was two separate mattresses. Very little lighting in room and especially the bathroom. Very close to port and places to eat. Near nice small beach. Unreliable wifi."
