Spacious T2 Apartment with Pool, Parking, Near Beach & Shops

Ideally located in the heart of the Richelieu district, this apartment is close to the beach and shops, which you can reach on foot without having to drive. A secure swimming pool, a parking space, and an elevator are available.

It comprises:
- an entrance hall,
- a toilet,
- a shower room,
- a cabin bedroom with bunk beds,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a fully equipped kitchen area,
- a dining area,
- a living room,
- a large terrace with garden furniture

A €400 security deposit will be required, which cannot be cashed by check or bank loan, as well as your liability insurance.
Towels and bed linen are not provided.
Cleaning is included in the rental price.
Pets are allowed.
