"It was very bad experience. It's nothing lik pic the carpet are really dirty the room super tiny the AC is not working the property is so old in everything furniture bedding. No shower gel or shampoo. The fridge is empty even no water bottles. i don't advise anyone to try it "

"What we really like is the great views along the Nile all along the trip. Some staff are really friendly and helpful but some aren't so we give it a 3 star for staff services."

"Belle croisière avec visites très intéressantes et un guide, Mehdi très compétant et agréable Les repas sont bons mais la salle à manger bruyante. Les cabines ne sont pas très lumineuses car la circulation se fait devant et on doit tirer les rideaux. "Incredible staff with beautiful facility providing an oasis of calm, comfort and quiet in the heart of the main soul. Restaurant with excellent food, including live jazz was perfect. Rooms were nicely sized and clean, I cluding a private terrace for tea. Having never been to Africa and not knowing what to expect, we were immediately at ease and able to enjoy the culture."

"We had a deluxe room and it was fabulous. The courtyard area in the middle of the riad is stunning. We liked it so much we changed our plans to stay in a different riad when we return to Marrakech, we're staying at Palais Sebban again! Location to get to a car/taxi is convenient as is it's location to Jemaa El Fnaa. Breakfast is fabulous too!"

"We loved our one night stay at Caoe heritage Hotel! Not only for its convenient central location and quietness, but also for its decor and charm, and most importantly for the warm hearted service we received. It happened to be one of us’s birthday. Sam and Bonford went out of their way to make the birthday girl feel happy and special. Love it, wish we stayed longer. "

"Excellent priperty, I’ll be back. My only gripe was the 20% off the spa didn’t include couples packages, this was never made clear until I checked out. I may have spent more if I’d known on other services, it’s an annoying oversight but not worth reducing my review which is still five stars across the board. "
