"Modern, clean, very well-furnished rooms. There is a guest laundry on several floors. There is also a cafe and restaurant on site in the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff and friendly and helpful. The lifts in the hotel and are nice and quick. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Rundle Mall, the main shopping area in the CBD, which is convenient. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, room was clean and generous size, bar with happy hour was a bonus. They do supply some cups and teaspoons, but no other cutlery was supplied, so you cannot really make any food the kettle was setup in the bathroom which was a bit odd, but didn't bother us. Oooh almost forgot they had a security card to access building and lift which the wife really liked."
