"Perfect location. The staff were lovely. Aman assisted me with an upgrade to a room overlooking the greenery beyond North Terrace, for a small increase in room fee. The windows open enough, important for me to have fresh air (and city sounds when I want it). The only negative is the very slow elevator - don't leave it late to leave the building if you have somewhere to be. A very pleasant stay indeed."

"The hotel is very stylish. The Art Deco theme is carried through the exterior, the lobby, the hallways, and the rooms. My room was attractive and comfortable. But it had no view and very little natural light -- admittedly, some rooms probably fare better on those scores. Minibar had interesting options. Drinking water was provided at start of stay but then not replenished. Overall, I liked, but did not love my stay. Still, a very solid choice. The hotel is in an excellent location, right off North Terrace, where many attractions are located, and close to Hindry/Rundle streets with tons of food options and entertainment. "
