Bright and very comfortable flat located high above Playa de las Américas in a very quiet residential community called "Roque del Conde". The view of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera from the terrace is a special highlight. The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed and a complete bathroom with bathtub. The residential complex also has a communal swimming pool with solarium and sunbeds. Despite the fact t, at the pool is not heated, it can be used all year round, as the warm temperatures in the south of the island are guaranteed. The residential complex is very quiet and parking spaces are easy to find on the street. The nearest shopping centre is called "X-Sur" and is about 1,5 km away, offering besides a big supermarket and also some shops and restaurants. The tourist centre of Fañabé, Playa de las Américas or Playa del Duque with its numerous fine sandy beaches are only 10 minutes away.



It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of persons not belonging to the reservation. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.
