"The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand. "

"We came by bus from airport absolutely no problem. The property is 10 minutes downhill to the village and 15minutes uphill back which suited us to a tee. We are both pensioners and need to walk every day. All in all a great stay which could only have been improved by contact of any sort with Patrick"

"Apartment is duplex, very good location, lots of space, sea view on upper floor balcony, big lcd tv with soundbar, kitchen had everything for cooking even dishwasher was there, everything was very good. Except Queen bed was too hard to sleep on and swiming pool was too cold to swim in December. Sea was warmer than upper swimming pool which was stated that is heated? Lower big pool was very cold to swim in. I give it 4 of 5 stars. Property is very recommended :)"

"On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice."

"Main Bedroom - There is sufficient room for a King size bed The heavy wardrobe doors liable to come off runners. En-suite bathroom cramped. double room - ok, the lower walls need attention replastering. It was very gloomy. Single room, also gloomy with no absolutely no windows! Family bathroom ok. Utility was very roomy in comparison to other areas! Kitchen area not enough lighting, not enough storage, Found the oven difficult and needed instruction manual. The hob needs updating. Extractor fan...

The apartment is fabulous, (the photos really do not do it justice), the complex is luxurious and secure and Nathalie the rental manager is absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond our expectations and met us late at night when our flight was delayed. The apartment complex pool was fun and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!"

"We had a great stay at the palm beach. Entertainment at the pool or in the evening each day we stayed which was a great bonus. Lots of amenities at the hotel area too, 2 mins to the strip and the cafe type shop that makes toasties/baguettes just outside the hotel was amazing!!"

"Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again."
