The apartment has a main bedroom with a double bed and an additional sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. It has a full bathroom with a shower, ideal for refreshing after a day under the Canarian sun. The American kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.



The indoor environment is air-conditioned to guarantee your comfort, and offers free WiFi. The 7 square metre terrace is a perfect space to enjoy moments of relaxation and have an aperitif with panoramic views. The apartment is located just 50 metres from the beautiful Playa del Duque and near other beaches such as Fañabé and La Caleta. Heated pool from 1 October to 30 April

Beautiful Apartment overlooking the sea

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It overlooks the sea and is almost on the beach. The sunsets from the balcony are spectacular.
