Great Hotel in Great location.

Great Hotel with great staff. We were in an excellence room with amazing views. We had breakfast and diner in the A la carte restaurant and service sometimes was a bit slow. Overall great hotel in great location.

We stayed 6 nights in mid June. The food was ok for breakfast and dinner. The room was clean. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. Every night from 7pm to 9pm, they had two shows. The location was convenient to beach, Siam Park and bus station.

This was our 4th time staying at Hovima La Pinta and although the location is perfect and the entertainment staff try their best to get people involved it's definitely lacking in staff where needed now. We previously stayed as all-inclusive guests but this year due to its location decided to go full-board as we're not big on drinking and like to eat out instead of buffet style meals and we are so glad we did! The food had the same choices available at lunch, as it was for your evening dinner! Cold, limited and processed. Such a shame, but the cutbacks are definitely showing this year. Be prepared to wait to be served drinks in the buffet restaurant, only once you've finished your meals due to the clear lack of staff which puts the pressure on the staff they do have. Overall some of the staff do try their best and go out their way to make your holiday such as Oliver from the bar couldn't do enough for you and Georgia from the entertainment team is exceptional, but some others are just rude! Would we return as a family of 4? Yes we would, but it would only be on a bed and breakfast option next time and our advice would be spend the difference on a room upgrade instead as your spoilt for choice outside the hotel for food and drinks much cheaper.

Hotel good for kids

The staff was very helpful and nice. We stayed at first floor and the sun never reached the balcony. Last 2 days we upgraded for the ground floor in front of the kids pool. That was a deal breaker and worth every penny. The breakfast area was noisy and food was ok. The location of the hotel is good. Short distance to Fañabe Beach. Kids club is excellent.

Return visit

There was quite a bit of renovations going on which should have been highlighted by your booking information. Round the pool and apartments next door to be precise. Staff friendly and the food was fine. Music very loud around the pool! We were given an upgrade which was very nice and use of the specialty restaurant which I have to say was disappointing. Food was bland and dry would not have been happy if we had paid. Stick to the buffet it was good plenty of choice. Usual family entertainment. Been a few times enjoyed a few days break.

Wir waren eine Woche hier und bewerten das Hotel wie folgt. + sehr freundliches Personal, überall! + sehr gutes Essen, Vollpension war toll + sehr zentral + beheizter Pool + direkt am Strand + super für Kinder - sehr laut, da alle Bars rund um das Hotel laute Musik spielen - sehr laut da viele „schreiende“ Kinder - alle Schlafzimmer sind zum Gang/Korridor gerichtet was Lärm verursacht. (Hat mich am meisten gestört) - das Parking ist nicht angeschrieben, man kommt ohne Karte nicht rein, kann aber nirgendwo parkieren, um das Checkin zu machen. Das nächste Mal werden wir eine andere Alternative suchen.

Struttura abbastanza grande Camera spaziosa ma con vista sul mare posteriore all'albergo, non sulla piscina come nelle foto sul sito Molto bello per i bambini e tanta attenzione anche dello staff senza essere fastidiosi Cucina internazionale buona soprattutto su carne e pesce. Non consiglio il ristorante alla carte: tranquillità, servizio e vista mare ma scelte molto limitate rispetto al buffet. A colazione c'erano delle fette di formaggio evidentemente avanzate dal buffet! Nel complesso però buon albergo. Non erano chiari i costi delle bevande e delle consumazioni a cena e al bar piscina

The staff was very polite and helpful. La Pinta offered a lovely selection for breakfast. The room that we stayed in, a superior room, had excellent beach view, was clean, and spacious for a family of five. The hotel offered a variety of kid and adult activities during the day and fun entertainment in the evenings. Definitely an excellent stay and enjoyable family vacation.

Fijne upgrade naar grote kamer met geweldig terras. Kamer 128. Een ding was onbegrijpelijk de kleine douche ruimte met een naar binnen draaiende deur. Draai deze draairichting om dat kost niet te veel en maakt de kamer zoveel beter. De ruimte in de slaapkamer is hiervoor voldoende.

Great week!

Had a great week in HOVIMA Beachfront in Feb 22. Pool was great and there were plenty of activities for the kids. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Very accommodating on a number of occasions. Was happy with the food too, enough variety and were able to swap dinner for lunch a couple of days. Super location also. Would go back next week!

We liked the clean room which included 2 bedrooms, 2 full batherooms, kitchen area, a dinning area and a living room. Strong water flow from shower heads. From some reason one of the bathroom had a sewer smell so the 4 of us used the 2nd room. The majority of the property is in lower levels from the reception area. It felt like too much concrete around us. Also, this property caters to babies and todler ages. Dinning area was very noisy at all times. we tried to have our meals during different hours but couldnt avoid the loud noise from screeming babies. The food at the dinning area was average. We could have been better off with eating lunch and dinner in one of the many sorrounding restaurants.

Sehr gut auf Kinder ausgerichtet. Das beste war definitiv die Animation. Essen was eher mässig. Zimmer sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

La ubicación es excelente. La insonorización de la habitación es deficiente, en la que estuvimos se oían todos los carros de la limpieza y los equipajes pasar. Las bajantes de recogida de aguas también metían ruido. Las máquinas del café estuvieron estropeadas durante varios días.
