My brother's family, me and my family, had a great holiday in this duplex. Equipped with everything you need and excellent value for money. Walking distance to the supermarket. Hardly any problems parking the car.You can tell the house belongs to a family. It is not fake. One feels comfortable. The owner was always friendly and helpful for every need.
On arrival Brice was there to meet us and couldn’t have been more helpful he gave us tips on where to go and what was available locally. The apartment was clean and had all amenities you would need. The only real issues were the sketchy nature of the Wi-Fi and the tired sunbeds on the roof that need replacing. Overall a very pleasent stay and thanks again to Brice for all his help and advice.

Nice terrace with beautiful view
We were 6 persons together. Two little kids and their parents and the grandparents. The apartment worked fine, enough privacy and space. Only the stairs upstairs were scary for 2 and 4 years old ones. This is grandparents opion.
We spend a lot of time on the terrace. It was big and you could be in the sun or in the shade. There was a big refrigerator also on the terrace and a little kitchen. We had dinner on the terrace every night. We enjoyed eating under the stars in the quiet neighbourghood.
The furniture in the apartment was old and too many. It was also more or less worn out. I Would also put more attention to the cleaning.
Calllao Salvaje is a nice village and the location is good. Not far from anything. But you should have a car to get around. The beach is nice and the French Bagery excellent!
Brice è stato un ottimo host, sempre gentile e disponibile. La casa era in una posizione eccezionale e aveva tutto. Unica pecca il Wi-Fi, molto lento o quasi assente. Purtroppo quando ha piovuto dal tetto di legno è caduta un po’ d’acqua e anche dalle finestre e entrata perché non sigillano molto bene.

Todo ha estado muy bien, la urbanización es muy tranquila, el apartamento es cómodo, muy limpio, y tal cual describe el anuncio.Hay un pequeño supermercado cercano y bastantes restaurantes de todo tipo.En la zona hay varias playas pequeñas, y no muy lejos quedan Los Cristianos y playas más grandes.La salida a la autovía está muy cerca, así que la comunicación es muy buena.La atención por parte de Brice fue perfecta, todo muy sencillo.
Belle Appartement bien situé pour visiter le nord et l ouest de l'île de tenerife et aussi le Teide . Situé dans une zone résidentielle avec des commerces à proximité. La plage surveillée est à 10 minutes à pied. On peut partir en randonnée en suivant la côte soit vers le nord ou le sud en partant du l appartement. Le coucher de soleil sur la mer ,vu de la terrasse est exceptionnel tous les soirs . Accueil sympathique
Remise des clés et visite du logement rapide et efficace. Nous avons eu plusieurs problème dans le logement qui ont été réglé rapidement, mais les literies ne sont pas confortables. Il y a 3 chambres dont une sans fenêtre où il fait très chaud. La terrasse est occupée par les chats et leurs excréments.
La cuisine est bien aménagée, suffisamment de vaisselle…
La plage la plus proche est à 15 minutes à pied, quelques commerces et restaurant sur le trajet.
Es stand ganz klar,dass der gemeinschaftspool dabei sei ,was nicht stimmt dort bezahlt man eintritt 7 euro pro person essen und Getränke muss man dort konsumieren,es ist verboten etwas mitzunehmen

Angenehme ruhige Lage, ausser dem Baulärm tagsüber
Die Wohnung hat 2 schöne Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster, also höchstens für 4 Personen mit 2 Kindern geignet, wobei die Treppe zum oberen Zimmer und zur Terasse ohne Handlauf zeimlich steil und nicht ungefährlich ist!
Die Dachterasse ist sehr schön, hatte aber keinen Sonnenschirm, Brice hat uns einen kleinen besorgt, einen 2. haben wir selbst gekauft und dort gelassen, ohne ist die Terasse zu heiss!
Die Küche ist zum täglichen Kochen nicht geeignet, die Bratpfannen sind alt mit unebenen Böden auf dem Elektroherd! Der Backofen ist unbrauchbar, heizt praktisch nicht!
Der Verwalter Brice ist sehr freundlich pünktlich und hilsbereit.

Ausstattung Küche ist ok - Wohnung eher für 4 Personen geeignet - Sauberkeit ok - Inventar, insbesondere auf der großen Terrasse überholungsbedürftig - sonst Top - die Wohngegend ist ruhig und etwas abseits der Tourismus-Spots gelegen

Grand appartement agréable et fonctionnel
L'appartement bien situé (au sud-ouest de l'île) était propre et correspondait bien à la description. Accueil chaleureux d'Hélène qui nous a donné de bons conseils. La terrasse avec barbecue donnant sur la mer était vraiment agréable. Pas de problème de stationnement. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable.
