as a british traveler, it was a challenge to face the language barrier however the staff at slash did a great job at fulfilling any requests. great rooms, great service, amazing breakfast!! if anyone i know plans a japan trip, i will recommend this hotel

Everything's clean and convenient to everything, either food, shopping, or transportation. It would be great if they will offer or have an option for room cleaning depends on what the guests wants without additional payment. Currently, the cleaning is only after couple of days, I think it was 3 days after check in.

Great hotel! the rooms were so clean, the staff were very friendly. The location was conveniently close to UENO train station and the train that takes you directly to Narita Airport. Would 100% return to this hotel if I’m ever back in Tokyo.

This hotel made our trip amazing even after being delayed a day! They were more than willing to assist and could easily be reached for communication about our new arrival. They even made an adjustment to our stay to account for the missed day (which we could not utilize as our returning flight was unable to be changed). Staff was extremely helpful and even when my Japanese was poor they would still communicate in English to ensure my understanding. I will gladly go back to this establishment and intend to do so on our next trip!
