"The hotel is in a great location and has a charming boutique vibe. The outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight, and the massage by Dudu was absolutely amazing. However, there was a short delay at check-in, with no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes, leaving guests waiting confused. Once the receptionist arrived, she was friendly and helpful."
