A "will do" hotel

A "will do" hotel. Positive side was the service, and the good location. Besides that it is an old hotel with "so-so" food. Feel kinda robbed when you pay so much for so little but those are the prices for hotels in Israel for you.

Very good hotel. We enjoyed staying there very much. Only two remarks : need to clean the room's windows . The extra bed in standart rooms is not comfortable.

We could arrive the hotel about 16.00 and it took us more than 45 minutes to check-in waiting up standing after 2 hours drive. The receptionist told us that the price doesn't include taxes (although it is clearly written in the e-mail) they wanted me to sign for a voucher of + 17% VAT. No one welcomed us to our room. On the second and the last day of our stay we would like to take advantage of the pool but we are told that it will be opened after 16.00! The manager blamed hotels.com for not to state this important detail of VAT in the bill. But our children were dissappointed because of the closed pool and this was an important thing that should be stated by the hotel itself. So we checked out before 11.00, we had to pay the VAT and immediately left the hotel with sad faces.
The view of our room was the best thing of our stay.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand, grosse Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Es ist etwas abseits, ausserhalb von Akko gelegen.

Schönes, gemütliches Hotel. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war traumhaft. Leider war der Eingang zum Strand direkt aus dem Hotel geschlossen. Das lag aber daran, das die Badesaison, bestimmt schon zu ende war.

Great place if you want to pair beach and exercise with a short walk to the old city. 2 swimming pools, great gym, private entrance to beach. 30-min walk to the old city. The rooms and hallways feel old - carpets old, room doors have had their share of bumps, bathroom lighting is poor. Food is kosher and good.

Very nice pool and beach area,although we booked for 9 nine nights, the room was very old , water hardly flow in the sink, closet sliding doors were hardly moving and the air condition thermostat was whether off or on. We asked to move and we got a more modern room but the thermostat was not working properly The breakfast was plenty and employees very nice, but not stickers on the items and if you wanted fresh orange juice , you had to squeeze yourself on an manual machine ;a real mess. Another strange thing was that beach towel were available in the lobby desk counter. All in all the location is very nice, employees friendly but the hotel needs some serious renovations

facile da raggiungere in auto. Vicina al centro solo in linea d'aria: per andarci a piedi bisogna aggirare una zona militare chiusa, quindi conviene fare un largo giro in auto con conseguenti problemi di parcheggio. Orari poco italiani: la piscina chiude alle 18 come pure l'accesso alla spiaggia. Restano a disposizione un bel parco erboso con le attrezzature per il relax e la piscina coperta (aperta al pubblico esterno). E' un'ottima base per visitare la regione della alta Galilea.

The good: - Ausome access to the sea (semi-private beach). - Greate outdor areas (inclosed pool, external pool etc.). - The cleanning crew does a reasonable job inside the rooms (outside not so much). The bad: - Outdated, outdated is actually an understatemen the hotel is really old. - The indor areas are outdated to the point it is unpleasent to be at. To sum it up the also ovwerall experiance was good the hotell is really old and outdated to the point of being unpleasent to stay at, I wouldn't actually go back unless it is renovated.

Excellent mid-price range hotel.

We had a great time but wish we had been informed that the jacuzzi and Turkish bath (hammam) were closed that weekend for renovation. We would have waited a week for our stay. Nevertheless, service and food were excellent, and there's easy access to the beach and pool. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but more than adequate.

Fantastisk værelse med udsigt ind over Akko. Betjeningen i morgenmadsrestauranten var øjensynligt utilpas ved andre sprog end arabisk og hebraisk.

Hotel bien situe. Avec la mer en face et le vieux Akko a quques minutes. Letat general etait bon malheureusement l’hotel nest pas tres isole et une tempete la premiere nuit ma empeche de dormir. De plus une fuite du toit avait endommage le plafond qui s’effritait dans la chambre....un peu light pour 130usd la nuit...

O hotel tem excelente localização e o staff é cordial. O café da manhã e o jantar são excelentes, muito vasto e o salão bastante amplo. Entretanto, a limpeza dos quartos deixa a desejar e seria melhor se os carpetes fossem eliminados dos andares e dos quartos. Na verdade, o hotel é bem grande, espaçoso e com ótima localização. A equipe de funcionários é eficiente e cordial, mas está bem claro que há um problema de gestão por parte do dono. O hotel precisa urgente de uma reforma interna nos quartos e nos corredores. Isso daria mais credibilidade e traria o hotel para um tempo mais moderno de hospedagem.

hotel situé en dehors de la ville avec un parking idéal avec une voiture car à 5mns des remparts de Acre peut etre plus compliqué sans voiture. personnel trés agréable chambre correcte mais attention la piscine couverte de l'hotel recoit beaucoup de personnes exterieures à l'hotel et l'accés est sale accés avec chaussures là ou l'on marche pieds nus et odeur de chloramines!
