"This is quaintly described as a cottage on a hill but it was actually a very large villa in lovely grounds, with the most fantastic big pool with a glorious view, close to Pesaro and the motorway network, yet felt wonderfully remote! Lots of room for 10 (we were 6) and very secure and private with excellent air conditioning."

"Firstly we would like to thank you for letting us stay at your villa. Although we would like to say a few things that had an impact on our stay. We didn’t realise that it was on a bus route and on a quite busy road which when you are trying to relax by the pool it’s a bit off putting having a bus load of people stare at you. "The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."

"First let me say. I thought I was getting the whole villa, but only the middle section was what was on offer. Which is still very big for 5 people as the rooms are large and roomy and very very clean. The owner lives in the basement and the top floor. "An exceptional house and infinity pool in the hills close to Montone. The children spent many hours in the pool and we all had a barbecue supper on the patio in the evening. The accommodation was wonderful and the kitchen allowed us all to help with cooking. Our master bedroom was very comfortable and had netting on the windows to stop the insects. Amazing property."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day.
