"The Domizil is very conveniently located near the Stephans dom but still manages to be on a quiet back street. It is charming and comfortable. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and a bargain at 15 Euros. Highly recommend."

"Although not in the centre of Vienna, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the Hofburg and other sites. The restaurants around the hotel are a little cheaper also because they aren’t on the tourist radar. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. "The staff members are very helpful and friendly. The offered directions and assisted with parking options. But the property is very outdated. The chairs are threadbare and stained. Tiles in the bathrooms are broken. It’s also a little hard to find and to get your luggage up to your room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel"

"The front staff was excellent and so friendly. In an older historical building with beautiful floors. A good spot to sleep and rest. Shower were good water pressure. There is a metro stop in front of the building which helps you access all of Vienna. "

"I stayed here for four nights while visiting Vienna. It is close to the U-bahn, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, close to the Karmelitermarkt and taken care of by two lovely and kind ladies who keep the place spotless. It is a bit older, but it has everything you need for a relaxed stay, and it is kept spotless by the caretakers. Highly recommended."

"Wonderful hotel! Fantastic staff! This was just the place I needed after cycling from Prague to the Wachau Valley. This place has it all: washer/dryer, fridge, stove, and of course pool and sauna which I needed badly. Would definitely stay again. Great breakfast too. "

"Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. It was fine though, perhaps I just worry too much. Nice place, all...
