We had a very nice stay at Hotel Corvinus with our children. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of parks, exciting museums, and family-friendly restaurants. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet — something we really appreciated with young children. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and did their best to make sure the whole family felt welcome. All in all, a great base for a family holiday in Vienna — we would happily return!

The hotel itself is located on a pretty busy street. It is close to shops and restaurants and many points of interest. We got around quite easily by walking and calling uber (though, you do need to walk around the corner to pick up an uber because the street in front of the hotel is pedestrian only). It can get lively and a little noisy at night because we slept with the windows open, but if you close them you should be fine. We only interacted with 3 staff members, but everyone was kind and helpful and spoke both German and English. They allowed us to store our bags before check-in which was really nice after an international flight. Rooms are large and well-maintained. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable, The showers are tiny - but that's pretty standard for European hotels (water pressure was great though!). There was a nicely stocked mini-bar and I believe a breakfast area, although we did not utilize it (you are a short walk to Naschmarket and many little cafes), there were water coolers in the halls to refill water bottles which was so convenient(I'm sure we saved a ton on bottled water!). Overall, a wonderful place to stay if you're looking for convenience, a fair price, clean, well-appointed rooms, a safe neighborhood and close proximity to everything. Just be aware that it is a lively area with street noise if that is something that bother you.

The hotel is in a really good location, easy to walk around and close to the metro. The staff were all very nice. The only issue I had was my room window curtain. My room was near the hallway, and every time someone walked past, the hallway lights would come on. My room’s window curtains weren't thick enough to block the light, so I kept getting woken up.

I liked the location. There are a lot of shops and metro station is nearby conveniently connected to Mitte train station. Guests, be mindful of your payments for the hotel. At check-in I was told I didn’t pay for my stay at the time of booking. I was surprised, and I paid. It turned out that I did pay. I verified that with my credit card company. So, I sent email asking for refund. After second email, they responded that they processed the refund. I am going to verify that with the credit card.

So Handy

Very Friendly staff, I think we made new friends. If we get back to Vienna we would definitely stay there. So handy, on main shopping street , at the end of which you can get the hop on hop off bus. So nice to be greated with a complimentary drink. Room Comfortable.

I stayed here for 3 nights while site-sighting in Vienna. The location was great, steps from the train and within walking distance of some of the museums. I was fairly surprised to have gotten an interior room that faced an internal hallway. I could hear everything that was said when people walked down the hallway. And because of the automatic lighting, every time someone alighted from the lift, the hallway lights came on. There were black out shades but I did not want to use them all of time because the room was so dark. The room was fairly stuffy as I could open only one window (and only sightly so) which faced an interior column. I did not have the breakfast but the Nespresso pods in the room were 2 Euros each. I expected a room that had an external window, but that might have been may mistake. If I return to Vienna, I will probably look for another hotel.

Rummet var alldeles för litet för 2 vuxna med resväskor, Det var minimalt, stämde inte alls med fotot på bokningen. Airconditon var avstängd. Efter klagomål dag två fick vi fjärrktr som reglerade den. Minibaren var varm, även efter klagomål. Sängarna perfekta. Frukosten var bra, gluten och laktosfritt alternativ ordnades. Städaren gjorde inte sitt jobb, städade inte golvet alls. Bytte inte ut dusch eller handtvål när det var slut. Inga byten av handdukar. Sista dagen struntade han helt i att städa. Reception är liten och ibland obemannad. Liten gammal hiss. Boendet ordnade transfer till flyget billigt och smidigt. Läget på MariaHilferstrasse är perfekt. Förutom städaren var personalen på plats mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Aircondition borde vara igång och fjärrktr på plats vid incheck. Kylen borde fixats när vi påpekade det. Undrar om vi fick fel rum vid incheck?

El hotel se encuentra en una zona muy activa, hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas, bares, etc. y se encuentra a unos minutos caminando de zonas de interés. La habitación era muy cómoda y amplia. Llegamos temprano y nos permitieron dejar las maletas a resguardo. El personal fue muy amable.

Excellent location, directly on Mariahilfer Straße and directly outside Neubaugasse station. The staff is very welcoming and reactive, rooms are well equipped. The only downside is the very narrow lift.
