The space

BED CONFIGURATION:

Bedroom 1 can be configured as you like, either as a super-king or 2 singles. It has a dedicated workspace and storage for clothing.

Bedroom 2 & 3 have double beds and storage - bedroom 3 also has a dedicated workstation.

LIVING AREAS:
The house benefits from a living space equipped with a double sofa bed, large SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax.

DINING AREAS:
The dining area is well equipped with a dining table that can seat up 6 people, perfect for an evening meal.

KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Lancashire. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher & washer dryer.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one large bathroom in the property. Equipped with a bath and overhead shower, shower gel and shampoo. Towels for each person are provided.

PARKING:
The property benefits from FREE Parking right outside and on neighbouring roads.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.

*No Smoking Indoors: £500 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £500 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.

*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.

*Stays Over 10 Nights
Additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee.

*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.

*Check-In/Out Policy
