"My recent stay at Encanto Hotel in acapulco following the aftermath of Otis left me with mixed feelings. The property has impressively restored the hotel, but certain aspects of my experience gave me pause. The restoration efforts undertaken by the property post-Otis cannot be overlooked. The hotel has done a commendable job in bringing the property back to its former glory, which is truly praiseworthy. "We had an amazing time. We loved our room and the service throughout the hotel was phenomenal!!!! Best we ever had. In particular, we would like to recognize Jorge Quezada from The Pescador restaurant, and Ernesto from the Pescador bar, for their hard work in providing amazing service. We stayed for a week and got tired of our food options though Changing the menus up more would be helpful. Also, a little more adult entertainment please. We loved the casino night. Overall it was great."

"Fuimos de vacaciones unos días durante Semana Santa. En total éramos 16 de familia y el espacio fue cómodo. No la pasamos súper bien. El penthouse está muy grande y limpio. Hay mucha seguridad y están muy organizados en la Isla Residences. Contratamos a Rosario para que nos cocinara durante nuestra estancia y cocina muy rico. Ella y sus hijas son muy amables y respetuosas. Regresaremos pronto."
