"The hotel offers an excellent location for anyone visiting Universal Studios, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Griffith Observatory, and other major attractions. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, which makes the stay very convenient. The property also provides free parking (a rare benefit in Los Angeles) and a simple complimentary breakfast, which includes a very good waffle. It is a small hotel without an elevator, so guests need to carry their luggage up the stairs, but the building has a maximum of two floors, which minimizes the inconvenience. Overall, it provides very good value for the price."

"Great location if your destination is Hollywood. Not to be confused with LA. The check in area is beautiful. The rooms, are pretty basic. There is a $35 per room destination fee per night. The water in the rooms are $11.50 each - but there is a Walgreens right around the corner where you can buy water. The beds are super comfy! Bathroom needs upgrading. It was clean - but had seen better days. We were on text with the front desk - super efficient and very nice staff. The service is fantastic. The location is great for Hollywood & 10 minutes from Warner Brothers studios and 8 minutes from Universal. Magic Kingdom is right there too - walkable (you can’t go in). Upgrade to that Hollywood sign view - it’s definitely worth it! The “La Popular” Mexican restaurant in the shopping plaza ‘Ovation’ was excellent! Hard Rock Cafe and Chinese theatre and Netflix theatre and shop are all walkable. Parking is $25 a night self parking and $60 valet. Santa Monica is about 25 minutes drive - definitely worth a trip! The tour buses around that takes you around Beverly Hills is WELL WORTH IT!! You can’t beat the scenery! If we come back here - I would definitely stay again! The lady on the front desk gave me a hug as we left as I was feeling emotional due to family memories. Which was really ever so kind. Thank you! "

"Great location, we walked to the Bowl, walked to Hollywood Blvd. Room was clean, pool was ok. Wish they had breakfast. Be ready for the upcharge for parking-its a shocker! We have stayed here several time and have liked it"

"The showers of bathroom was broken, reported to reception, she said will replace the new room. But after I did walking around and back the hotel, the new man at reception said the bathroom shower was fixed , room no change, but actually nothing fix… the shoawe is till broken… so bad"

"The staff at this hotel deserve a 5 star rating. They are the best. They can’t do enough for you. From the free snacks, breakfast, and free laundy they can’t do enough for you. Just amazing. The actual room though is less than impressive. The floor is all uneven, the toilet leaks and the shower blocks every time you shower. We could hear every footstep of the people above us which was frustrating while trying to sleep. If you want amazing service with awesome treats stay here. But if you are wanting modern nice rooms this isn’t the place for you. "
