"Iconic hotel, very nice and helpful staff.
Special thanks to their assistant manager, Sagar Chavan. Unexpectedly, I arrived 1 day prior to my other family members, late night. Despite high load of guests, Sagar tried his best to give me the room one night earlier and he made it! That was a great relief after a long stressful trip.
24 hours room service is a plus.
Breakfast buffet was excellent with numerous items and the kind staff in the breakfast area approached frequently to make sure we get everything.
Overall, it was an unforgettable stay and I highly recommend this hotel."
"The experience at Fairmont exceeded all our expectations! Hospitality was very good , the room was always clean and accessible!
Also the service from the crew was very friendly make you feel like home the whole time !

"The room and staff were amazing. They were even able to get us into a different room with no issues. The only heads up I would give is the private beach doesn’t have very clear water. But the beach staff like every other staff member was amazing!"
"The hotel is beautiful with stunning surroundings and overall I had a great experience. Staff were friendly and service was good. However, breakfast could be improved — there was no information on how to order items like eggs, or what drinks/coffee options were available, and staff didn’t ask if I had requests. It was also disappointing that no dining discount was offered for guests, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. I also had to wait about 30–45 minutes for my room to be ready on arrival.
Despite these points, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its atmosphere and setting.
