I had to stay in 3 hotels while air space was closed. The staff here was the most inconsistent and least helpful. They were impassive when asked questions, unwilling to do more than the bare minimum. The porters were the most engaged. Plus, way too much air freshener in the air.

The room was very spacious and great location, but didn't like the colour of the walls. Also they was water leaking from the shower which was going near the toilet and sink area. Swimming pool was a bit small and had to wait 20 mins before the sauna was upto temperature

Overall the property was great, Al Wahda mall is located next to the hotel building. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff were friendly. Carry your own dental kit as it’s not provided by the hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel. The rooms were neat and the bed was comfortable. Their rooms were spacious as well and bathrooms neat and clean. Staff awesome especially Hamid. He was very helpful and gave us tips to move around in town offering interesting places to visit and the timevat Abu Dhabi. Aside, him all the other staff were courteous and polite especially the cleaners of our rooms and the guys at the restaurant. The gym and yhe swimming pool area was awesom. My family, especially my kids enjoyed the facility and their room. Very neat and well located facilit. Will always opt for La Quinta anytime am in Abu Dhabi.
