Please note: Access to the property is via steps from the roadside.. Set within a mature enclosed garden, there is a patio area with wrought iron garden furniture leading to a bespoke fire pit seating area, ideal for relaxing with a nice glass of wine or local whisky.



Take advantage of the stunning views along the river Spey from the full-length balcony with bench seating at the front of the house, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while planning your day’s activities.



A short walk from Slàinte Mhath takes you to The Craigellachie and Highlander hotels, where you can enjoy a lovely meal and drink at their whisky bars, 5 minutes around the corner is the Fiddichside Inn, one of the smallest and most characterful pubs in the Northeast.



There are lots of activities nearby, Distillery tours at the many Speyside distillery’s, salmon fishing on the world-famous river Spey, the Cairngorm national park a true mecca for hillwalkers is just along the road, Mountain biking at Glenlivet estate and Fochabers Monster trails, and Moray has fantastic golf courses within a short drive.



Or maybe just cross the road to enjoy a wee stroll along the beautiful Speyside way, revelling in the nature and tranquillity of true whisky country.
