Staffs are not friendly and helpful. Room I reserved was not available 😡

A boutique hotel in Tim Hau, very close to the metro and to Victoria Park! The rooms were spartan but spacious and very clean! The staff were very helpful and gave lots of directions and recommendations, when asked. The breakfast service was a little spotty, as it normally opens later (8:30) and the people in charge of the restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel but linked by contract) were late opening 2 of the 4 times we ate there. However, there are lots of good restaurants in the area which can serve as alternatives.

Although a bit old but hotel was clean and convenient for transport and food. Security Tom Cheung was lovely, friendly and helpful. Will def stay again if return next time.

The staff, service and the rooms were excellent and decently appointed. They allowed us to check in early as the rooms were available and even helped us to store our luggage when we went to Macau for a night, checking out. The location is a li'l far away from the bustling city markets but they do have free shuttles that we used to get to the Central. Definitely recommended!

The room make up available Monday to Friday only. The room has large spaces but cleanness. Near by public transportation
