"Was given a quiet room which I had requested. Was able to open window for fresh air but had trouble securing it in place, important since I was on the first floor. The mattress had seen better days, not comfortable but room was clean. The reading lamp on my side on the right was in disrepair but adequate. The staff was friendly and accommodating, gave me extra blankets."
