"Breakfast was really quite good, lots of options. Don't expect an eggs Bennie but great for a quick, free breakfast. Parking is convenient, room is immaculate. Front staff ok, not super friendly. Our girl was yawning the entire time she checked us in. Highly recommend the actual hotel though. "

"I had a pick up truck. It didn’t fit in the underground parking. But there was street parking."

"I did not like the fact that i could not get hot water to take a bath because of a faulty hot water tank. I eventually had to boil water from a kettle and used a bucket to take a bath. The response to that incident was efficiently managed by the hotel staff."

" Check in not welcoming or friendly seemed the woman was rushed and trying to leave every time I tried to ask a question she cut me off and talked about something else not . Room average and datesd but comfortable bleached out stains in front of room . Swimming pool dirty full of needles and grass . All other pools very busy lots of children unsupervised and no adult area not relaxing in anyway I actually felt worse after the pools rather stay home in my Hot tub . Check out lady was nicer. 30 dollars resort fee for nothing. "

"We were staying in Room 27, and there were rats in the room. Since rats can carry and spread viruses, we were very scared and concerned for our safety. We noticed the rats around 1:00 AM, which made the situation even more stressful and uncomfortable."

"Clean room kept at a perfect condition. Parking was a little tight. However, if large flatbeds parked away from the building and not right in front of their door. Parking would have been perfect"

"Breakfast is great. Hot and cold choices. We enjoyed restaurant too, different than your typical Rickys as they have the old menu. Room and property clean"
