"The room facilities were good but not perfect, however when we told the reception what the problem was they resolved it straight away. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for seeing Haarlem and the surrounding area."

"Was so impressed by this hotel. It is great in terms of facilities, with a 24/7 reception and baggage storage post-checkout, but the staff were absolutely fabulous and so helpful with just about everything. The hotel is not too far away from the bigger cities and is much cheaper, so definitely an option as long as you can drive (free parking is available). In short, a very comfortable stay and was happy with my two nights."
