"Inside the place was super nice, clean and spacious. The area outside was dirty, super loud noises coming from the hookah place just outside our window. NO A/C. Could benefit from it, keep the noise out and close the windows."

"Lovely staff, pleasant well stocked bar, comfortable rooms. Car park was full when we arrived but there’s another public car park 5min walk away. Would stay again. "
"I really liked the offer with the drinks and food free of charge in the room. Also it was nice and silent. The pool unfortunatley was too cold at that time. "
"Because of the automated check-in, you do have to wait until the allotted time. However, this is the only real drawback. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable and the staff very helpful (if you ever even need them, given how well-organised things are). It’s a short walk into Aachen centre, but you can get the bus, if needed."
"We arrived early and the friendly front of house staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were checked in and supplied with a cot very quickly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a free (nonalcoholic) mini bar which was restocked each day, that was a nice touch. We didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment. Handy onsite parking, although expensive for guests. Bed was large and comfortable - overall very happy. "
