"Our group of 21 had a fantastic time at Family Tides! We stayed for a week in July 2026, our group ranged in age from 5 yo all the way up to 70! The house was the perfect set up for a large group with kids & adults of all different ages. The suites had everything we needed & more, the main floor gathering area was perfect & the outside was amazing. We spent lots of time out there, relaxing & in the pool! The garage has everything you need for the beach & speaking of the beach, it is literally a couple minutes walk away! The house is also very close to Publix, CVS, Walgreens, beach stores & numerous restaurants. Communication was also top-notch! We had to reach out about a couple things, nothing major, just a blown fuse, needed new propane tanks...they responded quickly & took care of whatever we needed. This is our second time visiting AMI, I definitely plan on going back & I would 100% stay in this house again. Thank you guys for everything!"

"The house was clean and check in was easy, however we did have to call maintenance for two separate things, the upstairs air conditioner and the dishwasher. They did get them fixed within the day. The walk to the beach was long. The house was great for our group however the distance to the beach was long for the smaller kids and the crosswalk made the walk longer on a very busy street, so some days they jut stayed at the pool."
