"No ammenities. The pool is the size of a hot tub. They messed up my reservation and had me in a city view room when i booked a luxury beachfront room. They did fix it but i was unhappy that I was not on the ground floor as promised and we had to share a deck with the guests next door. This was so uncomfortable because we had the next doir guests walking by our room windows, therefore we had to keep the curtains closed when we were relaxing in our room. This was surpose to be a romantic weekend getaway and I was so uncomfortable. We couldnt even sit on our deck because the guests sharing our deck were outside with their kids. There was no complimentary water in the room. There was sand all over the floor. There was no room service, no complimentary bikes or beach chairs and umbrellas."

"We loved our stay on Anna Maria Island. The house had everything we needed. It felt spacious and bright and was decorated well. We also utilized the golf cart which was vital to getting around the island. The location was perfect, right in the center of the island and directly across the street from Publix for groceries as well as multiple restaurants that were on my must try list (Rod & Reel Pier temporary location while they rebuild, La Creperie, Toasted Mango Cafe). We were also just down the road from the Anna Maria Island Beach Cafe and beach area as well as Skinny's Burgers. Just a short drive away from both ends of the island to explore other restaurants, beaches, and activities. The pool was great; several of our days were on the chilly side (low 50's) yet the water was warm enough for my children to enjoy for hours. There were ample beach and pool equipment provided and plenty of beach towels. There were lots of books scattered throughout the house to read and plenty of furnished balconies to choose from. We would love to stay here again on future visits."
