"Great Thanksgiving weekend. 2 adults. We arrived on our boat. Boaters: As you get ready to approach house, Ensure you stay in channel (red on starboard, green on port). The Bradenton Beach pier will be on your port side. Docking was very easy with lots of room for large vessels. We have a 26 ft center console. There was much more room to accommodate bigger boat. Even at low tide, no concerns with water depth. There is an extra large water hose on the side of the house that will reach the boat to flush engines and wash down boat. The property is exactly as pictured and described. Super cute beachy decorations and very comfortable and clean. There is both a k cup and drip coffee makers and all kitchen utensils you may need. The unit is on 2nd floor with views of the bay. Watched the sunrise. Beautiful! We rented a golf cart from Coconuts Golf Rental. We booked golf cart online and it was delivered and waiting for us when we arrived. Coconuts also picked up cart when we left. No extra fee for delivery/pick up. It was a great way to see the entire 7 mile Anna Maria Island, Holmes Bch, & Bradenton Beach. The house is a few minutes walk to Bridge Street (shops, restaurants, bars, pier). The beach is also a few minutes walk from house. House is on a perfect location. We ate at the Beach House waterfront restaurant on the gulf (great place to see the sunset); Anna Maria Oyster House (great food); and indulged on desserts on Anna Maria Island/Pine Ave.We would definitely stay again"

"Rex was very attentive and responsive to our needs. The house was cllean, the ..bed comfortable, and a perfect location to walk and get a frozen Daquiri. I would recommend the house for a trip to Brademton anytime. Unfortunately we sodnt get to use the pool as it was a little cool outside but it looked beautifull. We also Saw this offsprey catch a fisj and eat it right next to us and that was pretty unique Lots of birds,dolphin, and we even saw a fanily of racoons."
